Our system is designed to make this process straightforward and stress free. Speak to your church about using our system, it is simple and cheap to sign up. We provide a simple photo-based attendance system that uses highly secure military grade encryption to keep data secure. It makes it easy for churches to log and verify family attendance in a way that schools recognise and trust.
What data is collected?
The system only holds information for the parent or guardian of the child. No information is held for the child. The attendance is stored in a format that is secured by a using military grade encryption. The QR code is unique to each attendee and can only be used at that church. It stores the name, email, and photo of the parent or guardian not the child. The photo is stored on a using military grade encryption on a secure server.
You always have the right to be forgotten. You can request your attendance records at any time. If you do not attend for 12 months, your data will be automatically deleted in line with GDPR.
Designed with special circumstances in mind
If you're a parent or guardian of the child you can register with the church using just your name, email, and a photo. You will then receive a unique QR code that you can use to check in and out of church services.
If you're seperated or in a blended family the attendance can be linked to one other account to make it easy for the church to verify the attendance.
The attendance can then be accumulated for both parents or guardians and used to complete the SIF form.
